SHIPPING INFORMATION
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING
We have a special agreement with USPS & TNT & FEDEX for shipments. SARAC LEATHER is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen after being delivered by USPS & TNT & FEDEX. No order will be reshipped if USPS & TNT & FEDEX have updated your package information as "delivered."
SHIPPING TO U.S. and Canada
We prepare a shipment usually within 1-2 business days (except for custom requests). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping address in the US and Canada
Shipping Time: Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. NY and NJ take 3 business days, and most of the states take 2 business days via USPS & TNT & FEDEX.
SHIPPING TO Europe
We prepare a shipment usually within 1-2 business days (except custom requests). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping address in Europe
Shipping Time: Shipping usually takes 1 business day via TNT Express.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship to almost any country, including Australia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, etc. Shipping to countries outside of Europe & North America typically takes 3-5 business days. You can ask us about shipping time via info@saracleather.com.
Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Shipment tracking belongs to the customer. For the current status of the shipment, the customer should visit the Shipping Company's website and call the Shipping Company by phone.

EXCHANGE, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION
PRODUCT RETURNS
We sell premium-quality, handcrafted leather cases, wallets, and other accessories worldwide. The customer can place the orders online. The prices are further subject to GST and other applicable Federal Taxes.
REFUNDS We already ensure that the products created are of Top quality; however, all orders are eligible for a refund if they fulfill any of the following criteria/s:
1. The item/s ordered have not been received even after 30 days from the date of ordering
2. The item/s received are faulty, broken, or not as described on the site
3. The item/s received are different from what you have ordered
All Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product/s. All Refunds will be processed within 14 days once we receive the returned product at our Return address.
RETURNS The refunds will be processed once we receive the faulty item/s at the address we will provide you. You may have to bear the return shipping cost yourself.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS All orders are processed within 48 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation or modification request made after 12 hours will not be entertained. We request that you double-check your order and address before making the payment.
WARRANTY
Our contract is based on a 90-day warranty, including manufacturing defects on the items and their accessories. The damages due to misuse by customers, such as overloading, perforation, and the use of wrong chemicals, will not be included in the warranty.
Bad craftsmanship, different material than promised is included in the warranty; however, it does not cover unreasonable use or neglect, normal marking from wear and tear, or if you just change your mind. Disregarding the item care instructions, abuse of the product is not covered in the warranty. Since each wallet is designed to hold a specific number of cards, excess in the number of cards in the wallet will result in deformation or tears, which are not included in the warranty. Paint prints or excessive exposure to water, like sea or pools, also will not be covered in the warranty.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDERS?
It depends on where you are. Preparing your orders takes 1-3 business days. Afterward, the product will be shipped to you. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized items.
- Unless there was an error made by SARAC LEATHER in the product or order, customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees for exchanges and returns upon request. Furthermore, the shipping cost will be deducted from the order amount, and a refund will be issued accordingly. (If there is an error by SARAC LEATHER, a full refund will be issued without deducting shipping costs from the order amount.)
