Returns

If you'd like to return your order, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. For orders that haven't shipped yet, you can cancel at any time for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Return Authorization

To initiate a return, please email us at info@saracleather.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender.

Item Condition

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Personalized Items

Due to the permanent nature of embossing, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personalized items.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered by us, except in the case of an exchange. The original outbound shipping cost will also not be refunded if the order has already been shipped. The customer is responsible for providing the tracking code for the returned package. We can manage the return process and shipping through our carriers; please contact us for details.

Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages that are mailed back under warranty or return. In such cases, the customer is responsible for filing a lost claim with the shipping company.

Final Sale Items

All personalized items or items marked as “All Sales Final” cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.

Return Authorization (RA) Number

Yes, an RA number is required. Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by Bouletta.

Purchases from Other Websites or Resellers

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from us. If you purchased your Sarac Leather product from another website or reseller, please contact them directly and follow their return policy, as policies vary by reseller.
