SHIPPING TO U.S. and Canada
We prepare a shipment usually within 1-2 business days (except custom requests). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping adress in US and Canada
Shipping Time: Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. NY and NJ take 3 business day and most of the states take 3 business days via USPS & TNT & FEDEX.
SHIPPING TO Europe
We prepare a shipment usually within 1-2 business days (except custom requests). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping adress in Europe
Shipping Time: Shipping usually takes 1 business day via TNT Express.
We can ship to almost any country including Australia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia etc. Shipping to other countries rather than Europe & North America usually takes 3-5 business days.You can ask us shipping time via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipment tracking belongs to the customer. For the current status of the shipment, customer should visit Shipping Company's website and call Shipping Company by phone.

We sell premium quality handcrafted leather cases, wallets and other accessories across the world. The customer can place the orders online. The prices are further subjected to GST and other applicable Federal Taxes.
1. The item/s ordered are not received even after 30 days from the date of ordering
2. The item/s received are faulty, broken or not as described on the site
3. The item/s received are different from what you have ordered
All Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product/s. All Refunds will be processed within 14 days once we receive the Returned product at our Return address.
RETURNS The refunds will be processed once we receive the faulty item/s at the address we will provide you. You may have to bear the return shipping cost yourself.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS All orders are processed within 48 hours of placing the order, any cancellation or modification request after 12 hours will not be entertained. We request you to double check your order and address before making the payments.
