Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made electronically between:

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased by the Buyer via www.saracleather.com in accordance with Turkish Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the relevant regulations.

3. PRODUCT DETAILS
The type, quantity, price, and delivery/payment details of the purchased products are specified in the order confirmation. Buyer accepts these details at the time of order.

4. DELIVERY & PAYMENT
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer. Delivery is made within 30 days at the latest. Payment is processed via credit card, debit card, or any other method supported by Shopify.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.
To do so, a written request must be submitted to [your email address]. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Products damaged or used after delivery

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the buyer’s residence jurisdiction shall be authorized.

8. ENFORCEMENT
This agreement becomes valid once the Buyer confirms the order electronically.
